Abstract

The purpose and objective of the article was the search for alter native methods of UTI treatment. Particular attention is given to UTI etiological factor which is vulvovaginitis, balanoposthitis, cystitis and occurs in girls during puberty urethral syndrome. Nifurantel has a broad antimicrobial spectrum. The efficacy in the treatment of fungal nifurantela UTI and IMPA, caused by candida and vaginal infections. Nifurantel can be recommended for the treatment of urethral syndrome and cystitis have risk factors and the likely mixed infection.
