Abstract


Вирус гепатита С (ВГС, hepatitis C virus — HCV) приводит к хроническому заболеванию печени, но имеет и внепеченочные проявления [1]. Они включают в себя смешанные криоглобулинемии, лимфопролиферативные заболевания и заболевания почек. HCV-инфекция была описана в связи с различными гистологическими формами гломерулонефрита родных (нетрансплантированных. — Прим. ред.) почек [2]. Мембранопролиферативный гломерулонефрит (МПГН), связанный с криоглобулинемией II типа, является преобладающим типом HCV-ассоциированных гломерулонефритов [3]. Менее распространенные формы гломерулонефрита также описаны у ВГС-инфицированных пациентов: они включают МПГН без криоглобулинемии [4], мембранозный гломерулонефрит (МГН) [4], фокальный сегментарный гломерулосклероз [5–7], пролиферативный гломерулонефрит [4, 8, 9], фибриллярные [10, 11] и иммунотактоидные гломерулопатии [11]. Отдельные сообщения касаются и HCV-ассоциированных IgA-нефропатий [12], быстропрогрессирующего гломерулонефрита [13] и тромботической микроангиопатии, связанной с криоглобулинемическим МПГН [14]. Однако существует ли причинная связь между этими гломерулярными заболеваниями и вирусным гепатитом С, до сих пор неизвестно.
