Moxonidine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease associated with hypertension

Kidney disease pathogenesis is closely related to essential or secondary hypertension. Treatment of chronic kidney disease associated with hypertension requires a comprehensive causal and pathogenetic therapy. The topic of the article is devoted to comparative characteristics of drugs used to treat patients with this pathology. The bulk of the article is an analysis of pharmacodynamics, efficacy, safety and expediency of using moxonidine, I1-imidazoline receptors agonist.
